Excellent tour - Guide Gee was very informative and we learnt a lot about Singapore. He was so helpful - especially helping to avoid steps at the light show. Bonus for group was being dropped off at several key places on way back near places of interest

Big bus night tour was excellent. It covered the city views of Gardens by the bay very well with light show on super trees with music. Beautiful views of the city and lovely taste of satay.

Singapore Tour

Prompt pickup and flexible drop-off points. Elfie our guide was excellent and provided great info on points of interest. We had 3 stops and we enjoyed all of them.

Interesting, enjoyable, efficient

Good tour but dry seats please.

The tour was good and without doubt Roger is a highly professional tour leader. Touring at night requires additional skill and Roger demonstrated this by keeping us all together. The only thing that was a negative and could easily be rectified was to keep towels on board the bus to wipe down very wet seats. I hope management take this idea on board as it costs very little and provides your customers with a better experience.

Our guide and driver were so kind. The tour was only three hours.But it was worth it. Because we could enjoy nice view than we expected.

Missed out trip

Unfortunately because of the Singapore traffic on New Years Eve we were unable to make it to the bus on time therefore missing out completely. I tried to phone the bus company to advise then but I was unable to get them on the phone also. Could it be possible that I get a full refund

A huge thank you to Edna and Nelson for a fantastic evening. So efficient and such great photo results for the night. We had a fantastic time! Follow her advice when she says to walk 2 minutes to take a Christmas photo!!!!

Great way to see the city at night

Great way to see the City at night - the barrages, Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay light show, Raffles exterior all lit up, Lo Pau Sat for chicken skewers. It was raining but we were issued with ponchos and it didn’t dampen our spirits. Highly recommend.

If you want to enjoy warm wind, get to the bus 2nd floor. You'll get some views too, definitely. But AVOID bus 1st floor, you'll

Our guide did what she could do save our experience, so shout out to her. But obviously it needs to be more than just a great guide. We didnt get any headphones to contact with bus audio system, so we barely heard anything during the drive. Also one of our bus tires started smoking heavily and we had to change the tour bus after Gardens light show... The other bus guide though ruined the end of our tour at least, loud endless nonsense from her, most of the English wasnt understandable either bc of her accent or bad (way too loud) 1st floor bus audio that we were forced to sit on our way back.

To much time wasted and didn't realise appreciate being treated like children. It needs to be highlighted exactly what is done on this trip

Waste of time and money

No seating for the overcrowded light show. Canopy covered half the bus top even though the night was clear. Guide walked fast and lost half the group at the kite flying gardens. Rushed stop at Lau Pa Sat with not enough time to eat.

Peter, our guide, bus 28 was charismatic and incredibly knowledgeable, making every moment engaging. Captain Nelson ensured a smooth and relaxing ride. The city’s stunning architecture was a highlight, with Peter providing fascinating insights into its design and history. The visit to Gardens by the Bay and the mesmerizing light show was unforgettable—we were lucky it was set to Christmas music, just four days before Christmas, which made it even more magical. This tour is a must, and Peter’s expertise truly sets it apart. Highly recommended! Also a shout out to the lady who helped down load the tickets and worked her way through my phone so we didn’t miss the bus! And also handed out free ponchos so not to get wet!

Big bus tour

Alfie the guide was very helpful and knowledgeable about the trip and made it very enjoyable.Gardens by the Bay was very nice, finding a suitable place to view the show was difficult as it was very busy.

Bailed out before the light show! Put off by guide telling us constantly it would “be a nightmare” as so busy.

First 10 minutes of the tour was a lecture on how it was going to be a nightmare and this was repeated many times, so many do’s and dont’s, how you might get left behind, need to walk quickly, etc. First stop was a reservoir which was mildly interesting and next stop was to try satay, buy some for dinner (if you could adhere to all the rules and get back in time) with further reminders how light show would be a nightmare. We bailed out at that point and got a taxi back to hotel. Apologies for not informing guide but he’d dashed away and we weren’t prepared to wait. If his intention was to put customers off he succeeded with us. Bus 29 13/12/24. I don’t mean to be unkind but it definitely wasn’t what i expected or wanted. Appreciate once Christmas light show period is over it might not be a “nightmare” so would just say factor that in if you are considering the night bus.

3 hours city tour with Xmas light show

Our tour guide Roger and Capt. Full (hope I’m spelling it correctly) where super informative and fun keeping the whole tour very pleasant and easy to enjoy. Highly recommend it

Perfect evening activity

Great night tour lots of information without the ear buds!!!! Gee was spectacular… took care of EVERYTHING. Saw a nice light show, fun evening out.

Interesting sights and tastes

The tour was good and informative. The guide was engaging and fun. Weather was a problem. Suggest you take this tour when there’s a low chance of rain!

Fun trip!

Very enjoyable, good guide. But should have had more time at food market, maybe 15 minutes. Also because it was December a problem with seeing night light show. But enjoyed the trip despite those things !!

Amazing tour on Red bus in Singapore

There are two routes: red and yellow. The red route goes to more older traditional locations whilst the yellow goes round newer locations . Overall we had preferred the red route. The commentary is by pre recorded headphones and is quite informative. The buses travel at a reasonable speed allowing you to view the sites easily. The red tour was very enjoyable but, for me the journey through little India was the most memorable part due to the wonderful array of spice smells.

Enjoyable Light Show

Nice bus tour around parts of the city topped off with an impressive light show. Also enjoyed dinner at the hawker stall.Tour guide was enthusiastic and worked diligently to have us enjoy the tour but it was difficult to understand her due to pronunciation and accent

Wonderful tree show

The first stop was unnecessary. Would have liked longer at Gardens to have a proper look around also at the satay place. Again, the guide was hard to understand and overloaded information.

A Must See! Outstanding!!!!

Elfie was our tour guide and he was excellent. I loved that he said the bus is leaving at a certain time, not waiting! We stopped at 3 great places. The chicken satay was the BEST (one of the stops, a sample). I had to buy more. The first time gave really good views. The Light Show was excellent. He chose a spot where we had a fantastic view watching. He was helpful in telling us which stop to get off to get a taxi closest to our hotel. I highly recommend this tour. So happy we went on it! Excellent!

Stormy night !

The light show was a highlight at the Supertree Grove . Unfortunately the weather was against us but the guide did a great job under the circumstances. Would have been nice to explore la Pua Sat a bit more if the weather was kinder

Disappointed

Too expensive for a small trip and can be done for free. I thought something special for this tour but unfortunately nothing special

Not recommended

Too much walking to go to a vantage point to listen to a lecture about the Gardens and the barrage. Street food included was similar to a supermarket sample. The lights show at the Garden was amazing. I don't recommend this excursion. Prefer to go to the Gardens in the afternoon and stay for the lights show.

Alfie, our tour guide, was fantastic as was our driver. Very informative, numerous and detailed with any instructions for when we exited the bus. Highly recommend this activity😁

Bday trip visiting from the Bahamas !

The bus ride was awesome, commentary was informative and to the point. Gardens by the bay lights and atmosphere was nice. The street food & pitcher of beer was great . Elfie & Steven were great. !

June was an excellent guide, giving us great information about Singapore but not overwhelming us . It was easy to access.

Excellent way to Singapore at night

This evening tour was very well organised allowing late afternoon and night views of key sights of Singapore city and Marina Bay. Our guide was well informed and enabled us to get a great view if the light show at Gardens by the Bay. Great value for money tour

Best Big bus experience

It was amazing, beyond our expectations, we had Peter as our guide and even though I have been to Singapore many times over the years I still learnt more, Thanks to Peter I think my sister and I were on bus 62 last night.

The tour was excellent from the beginning to the end. It was a great experience. It covered so much not only to see but we got to experience a local market and taste the local food Well worth doing.

Our guide Roger was very knowledgeable and relayed information in a humorous manner. We were able to also view the Holiday Lights on Orchard Street.

Night city tour highly recommended

Alfie is an amazing guide - funny , knowledgeable and very solicitous of his tour guests. He shared his extensive local knowledge and provided tips on local customs which gave us a much better understanding of his city . The Night tour at the Garrdens also provided us with a memorable experience.

A must do in Singapore!

We took the #57 bus on 3/11/24 and our capable driver was Captain Nelson. Unfortunately I can't recall our guides name, which is a shame because he was wonderful. Engaging, knowledgeable and great at keeping the entire show beautifully on the road. We loved all of it including the chicken satay skewers (and beer that we bought!) but the absolute highlight was the light show at the Gardens by the Bay. 100% recommend!

Don’t miss this!

Amazing. Our tour guide Gee was so friendly and informative. Loved every minute. 3 stops with a little free time. Everything ran smoothly. Don’t worry about getting a good seat on the bus…. Not needed, only on it for 10 minutes at a time.

Don't waste your time

Omg what a waste of time. In the sweltering heat you drive around a bit and the highlight of the night tour is the pathetic Gardens by the Bay show. Don't believe the reviews - do anything else but this.

Perfect Way to Explore Singapore: Big Bus Tour

I had a fantastic experience on the Big Bus Singapore Tour! It's the perfect way to explore the city’s highlights, especially for first-time visitors. The hop-on, hop-off system allowed me to explore key attractions at my own pace, like Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, and Chinatown. The commentary provided throughout the tour was informative, giving insights into Singapore’s rich history and culture. The bus was comfortable, clean, and offered great views from both the open-top and air-conditioned lower deck. I appreciated how easy it was to catch the next bus at any stop, and the frequency was excellent.

It’s convenient but pricey…

3/5 stars is harsh, but let me explain. The 3 stops you visits are all free! Marina Barrage (the viewing point to get a great view of the city and sea), Lau Pa Sat (the famous food market), and Gardens By The Bay (with their infamous sky trees and light show) are all free attractions to see in Singapore. So, I don’t think the tour was poor, I just think that you can see all of these attractions on your own. Singapore has an awesome MRT (metro/subway/tube) that you can use to get to each stop on this tour. Our tour guide was great and the bus is convenient. Again, by a bus tours standard this was a very good one, I just don’t see the point in paying around £40 for free attractions that would cost you about £3 using public transportation

Excellent as a launching point for our short stay in Singapore

We had a great evening sampling sights and tastes of Singapore. Our guide was informative, things we wouldn't have known by touring independently. Great experience!

Worth Doing

This was something we hadn't done before on any of our many trips to Singapore. It was really nice. I am a bit older these days and need a mobility walker for walking long distances and don't really want to venture out to far at night. We caught the MRT to Suntec where it starts, and the staff were really good and considerate. Our Guide was Peter, a very knowledgeable man with great stories and history information of a city he clearly loves. Our driver Steve was also good. The venues were interesting, entertaining and we discovered our new favourite eating place, Lau Pa Sat. They were very helpful on the way back to Suntec and were able to drop some people off to places they wanted to go or near their accommodation, including us.

Amazing!

The tourist guide Edna did an awesome job telling us about the different attractions and Singapore in general. It’s amazing to learn how the country developed it’s drinkable water filtration system!

Splendid effort

The bus tour in the evening was an enjoyable experience more so for guide Peter whose knowledge and narration about Singapore was the best part of the ride coupled with a bite of the local food satay in La Pa Sat and the evening show at Gardens By The Bay
