Great tour of an enchanting region

Our driver, Joginder, was exceptional: charming, discreet and a really patient and skilful driver, he was very attentive to our needs. Likewise, our guide for the Red Fort and the Taj Mahal, Akrim was at once erudite, charming and attentive. The only minor complaint was our guide for Jaipur - he was very experienced and knowledgeable but was also a little arrogant and something of a bully. Our overall experience, especially considering we modified theinital part of the tour, was exceptional and we are very grateful to your company for all you have done for us.

AMAZING TOUR

What a fantastic experience. From enquiring about the holiday to booking and subsequently going, communication was brilliant. Our requests were listened to and a bespoke itinerary was put together. I was travelling in a family group of seven, with my parents in their late eighties. This was a feat in itself but Crystal India holidays made it possible. From the driver Krishan, who was superb, kind and thoughtful and an incredibly skilled driver, to all our knowledgeable and professional guides our experience was perfect. Shiv met us from the plane in Delhi and within minutes we felt he was part of our family. I would recommend his service to anyone. Manish was a great guide in Agra and Manoj was very knowledgeable with our sightseeing in Jaipur. A long review but I could go on and on. If you are thinking of a tour operator please use Crystal India, they were fantastic and made a logistically tricky holiday with parents with mobility issues very easy. I will recommend to family and friends and just hope they extend their business further than northern India!

Wonderful Golden triangle trip

India's Golden Triangle

If you come to India, you have to visit the Golden triangle. I didn't think the cities were that far apart, but they are 3 to 5 hours of driving between them. Booking this tour makes it so much easier to enjoy them. You will only see the highlights, but if you need to stay longer in a city I suggest another tour. This tour was perfect for my needs.

The best--and probably only--way to see The Golden Triangle properly!!

This trip was just spectacular. The whole thing. The driver was first rate, all of the guides were knowledgable and friendly and accomodating and the hotels were teriffic. Everything went off incredibly smoothly, I didn't need to worry about a thing and feel like I really got the best of the Golden Triangle, including teriffic food recommendations from the driver and guides, I highly recommend this turnkey soultion to seeing such a wonderful part of India, and can also say that it's fabulous value for money. This tour is worth every "dollar" spend.

This trip fullfilled all our expectations, and we had a good time with our driver Sharwan and all the guides along the trip. Sharwan is just a great guy, easy to be with for 5 days and not least and excellent driver. Also thanks to Attiya in Delhi, Rajeev in Agra and Yogi in Jaipur. Excellent Tour Company

Crystal India Holidays booked our hotel stays, private guides, and private drivers. The hotels were luxurious, the guides knowledgeable, experienced, and fluent in our native language (English), and our driver was an expert and safe. We went to all of the sites on their list and were able to work with the guides to make changes as needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would hire them again! Naveen, Pradeep, and Kamale are excellent tour guides, are keen on safety, and very friendly. Raj was our driver the whole trip and was amazing at navigating safely and driving efficiently. He was patient, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guides and driver were great at communicating with us via WhatsApp while in-country. Be aware that the tour company isn’t super great at giving you all of the hotel information ahead of time unless you ask. They’re open to communication and service requests via whatever platform you booked through and will happily accommodate your requests. We booked through GetYourGuide.com and messaged them through that platform.

Holiday of a lifetime

Just been dropped off at Delhi airport by our driver after spending 5 days together. Subash has made this tour a delight. His driving was exceptional in crazy traffic. We were picked up from our hotel Monday morning and he has been with us until today. He has gone above and beyond for us. We have had three tour guides, one in each city who were all very knowledgeable and made our tour very interesting. In jaipur we were scheduled a carpet and gold making demonstration which we didn’t fancy. The tour guide was happy to miss these out and made suggestions about other things we could do. We settled on an elephant ride and got to feed them which was an amazing experience. I will definitely be recommending this tour to friends. Thank you for providing us with an unforgettable experience.

Good tour - safe, reliable, hits the main sites

Very organized, wonderful hotels, our driver - Paramveet - was wonderful!! Different guides in each city, English/knowledge good. Only downside is that many things offered on Delhi tour closed because we were there on Monday and no other stops were planned to replace the attractions that were closed. But saying that - they were flexible when we asked to do Elephant sanctuary tour in Jaipur since we had extra time - highlight of the trip.

The only way to travel to India

It was amazing experience. Hotels were perfect, guides were awesome. Driver surprised us being super welcoming and respectful. Me and my friend as female solo travelers were a bit concerned about safety, but ALL exceed expectations. (Ask for Prithi if is possible) The only way I’ll recommend to travel to India is with this tour. I’ve travelled all over the world and I think this is the first time I’ve book a full tour, and was amazing

Wonderfull experience

We (family, 2 kids, 15y, 12 y) had a wonderfull,hassle free, 5 day golden triangle tour. We saw many very beautiful sites. We did a private tour . We had a good spacious AC car . With a nice friendly, good English speaking driver. The local guides were friendly and good English speaking. We requested not to visit shops on the way. (So hassle free. ) At the end we visited some shops of our choice. We had 5 star hotels witch were very good. They had a huge continental and Indian breakfast buffet. We didn't have any problems. There was always someone available if you would have problems. We do recommand this organisation for a wonderfull trip.

A last minute change makes a great trip truly spectacular!

Our 5 day trip with Crystal India was wonderful! We spent the most of our time with Surinder, our driver who was a true gentleman, always on time and friendly. He taught us a lot about Indian culture and politics during our long drives together. The guides - Pinky, Pradeep and Pratik - were all very good, friendly and professional. Each guide was particular to one city, so they were specialists in that city, giving lots of historic and current cultural information. A pro-tip that I would give other travelers is that the Taj Mahal is closed to visitors on Fridays. When I planned our trip I didn’t know this, and the day that we were supposed to see the Taj at sunrise ended up on Friday. Instead we would have to see the Taj in the late afternoon on Thursday during the highest heat and crowds, which was not congruent with the way the itinerary had been presented to us. When I realized this, it was fairly early in the morning on the 2nd day of the trip. I reached out to the owner Amit and within a few minutes he called back with 2 options for us to choose from that would allow us to move things around to optimize our schedule so that we could see the Taj at sunrise. We are most grateful for Amit’s willingness to make a change to our itinerary which likely took some engineering to do at the last minute. And the Taj at sunrise was absolutely spectacular! Another tip I would give is that there is an option to not go to the factory stores for marble, gems, and textiles that are part of the trip, unless you don’t have any other option for buying these items. The prices that these stores charge is much higher than you would be charged in the marketplace. In some cases we found that silk scarves and other textiles were very close to Western prices at those stores. Having the opportunity to shop at other markets, we found the same products at 1/3 to 1/4 of the prices of these “factory stores” that we were taken to by the tour company.

This Golden Triangle Tour Hit "Gold" For Us

This was a wonderful tour of the Golden Triangle in India! Everything went very smoothly, all guides in each city and our driver, Sharvan, were on time and prompt, if not early, for all meeting times. The trip was well organized and very professionally run and executed. All of the hotels that were part of the package exceeded our expectations and were quite luxurious, and well-run with attentive staffs. The restaurants we were taken to for lunches were great and were nice additions to the day. Our guides were all so super knowledgeable and gave us great amounts of information about each place we visited. Also, they were all great at putting us in the best spots for photos, and they took our photo at those spots so many times! We don't usually get so many photos of ourselves on trips, but it is nice to have them. The guides were also helpful in our interactions with vendors ahead of time. Sharvan, our driver, deserves special credit for his expert, calm, and patient driving for five days through India's traffic, "like driving in a video game", is how Sharvan described it. He was also an excellent guide himself, describing much about what we were passing on our long road trips between cities, and giving us good information about Indian culture and life. It was very hot and humid during our entire stay in India, but the car was delightfully air conditioned, along with provided water bottles, to give relief, and there were no issues with the transportation, or any of the company staff that we interacted with. This company has put together a terrific tour package that allows you to just sit back and enjoy what each new stop will show, without any concerns about the travel. We feel we had terrific value, and this was the best way to "see India".

Amazing trip!

The trip surpassed all expectation. The driver was great, his name is Raj, he protected me from all the touts n scammers, he knew good restaurants, various cool places and just in general was a very great person. The guides know their stuff as well, especially enjoyed the guide, that goes by the name of Aditya. A young guy, very passionate about architecture and history, but also knows when to stop talking and just let enjoy the present moment. Overall, the guide Aditya and driver Raj were a big part of why this trip was so special. I truly recommend this trip to anyone of thinking of coming to India. You will feel safe, you will see all the places, eat at nice local restaurants and will be taken care of properly. Thank you!

Amazing experience in India!

I did the tour with a close friend, and we both had the most amazing time in India. Our time was limited, so we wanted a private tour that would be tailored to our needs, hit all the landmarks, and learning more about the history and culture. Each and every tour guide that we had in every city was knowledgeable, funny, and considerate, taking time to show us around and explaining to us the importance of the sights. Really exceeded our hopes and expectations. Our driver, Mr. Prithi, was also the most caring and attentive man, accommodating our schedule and tending to our needs every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend this tour to everybody!

Amazing tour!!!

Really very well organized tour, allows you to see the best of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur in a safe and comfortable way. We chose the 5-day option (recommended in my opinion) so as to have more time to see everything calmly. On the tour, you can choose the option with hotels included, which are really clean and have a good breakfast buffet. The guy who takes care of the organization (Amit) is available for any help and does an excellent job. Every day in a new city we had a different guide, all the guides gave us a lot of information and were very nice. For the 5 days, the driver was the same guy (Rajender) and he was always kind, thoughtful, and punctual. We are very happy that we chose this tour and recommend the tour 100%! Great tour but scam alert

Great tour in general. Our driver Rajesh was amazing. Punctual, lovely and honest man. Guides were knowledgable and very good at photo taking. Honestly, some of the shots our guide Manish took at Taj Mahal were even better than our wedding photographer from Australia. Taj Mahal is breathtaking. India is rich in culture and definitely would recommend getting a tour guide to know their history and heritage better. The downside is , after main attractions, the tour guides will take you to a craft shop, who will try to sell you things with the price that is 3 ( or more) times the market price. Scam warning for that part. Just don’t buy anything from those shops. Request to stop at a bazaar later on. Jaipur has many places to buy souvenirs on the street, in the bazaar. If a shop offers you a drink as soon as you walk in, it’s most likely going to be very overpriced/scam. Rule of thumb, divide the price they offer by 3 and haggle.

Amazing time in India

Personalised, organised and comprehensive tour!

This golden triangle tour organized by Crystal tours is nothing short of exceptional. Rajender (our driver) was with us for the whole 5 days and was professional and caring. Our long drive to the different cities were comfortable and ensured that we have breaks throughout. He was punctual and proactive in all our communications We had Rahul as a tour guide in Delhi. He was full of energy and enthusiasm. Our tour guide manish in Agra ensured that we got in for sunrise and took amazing pictures for us at Taj Mahal. For Jaipur, Arjit singh was very knowledgable and accommodated to our needs. Overall, this tour was personalised, organised and comprehensive. We all enjoyed ut and highly recommend this tour to families and friends.

Well organised and professional.

This tour was very well organised and very enjoyable. I was travelling solo and felt very safe with the driver Balvant. My ATM card wasn't working in Delhi and he gave me cash until I got it sorted. The car was spotless and comfortable. The guides are separate to the driver and you will meet them before each tour. All were local, friendly and knowledgeable. They can't do enough for you! The hotels ranged in quality but were all good. The tour coordinator was easy to reach as was the driver. Well organised, highly recommend.

Amazing and veru organized tour! 10/10

Everything was as expected and even better, the guides were super kind and so patient with us, the driver was the best, we always felt safe and protected because it was so different to us, the hotel reservations full of luxury and very clean also, I would do it again if I had the chance! You can customize your tour if you want. You want a great, clean, safe place to eat - the drivers/guides know the best place. You want the best bathrooms - the drivers/guides will make sure you are comfortable. 10/10 would recommend this company. Don't hesitate. Book it!!!!

Great tour with Manoo

Manoo (sp?), our driver, was awesome! He took great care of us the whole time. The car, although small, was clean and he had cold waters for us every morning and at every pickup. He also managed to find the best parking spots in the shade so the car was cool/comfortable when he picked us up after our tours. Our guides in each city were great- Vikram (Delhi), Arrif (Agra), and Hukam (Jaipur). They were all very knowledgeable and made sure our experience was unforgettable. The hotels were great as well. Tips: wear easy on/off shoes in Delhi as you’ll need to remove them several times; stop at the airport money exchange for cash as you’ll need it for entry tickets as many sites don’t take card; it is HOT so just go with it; ladies-always bring tissue with you and hand sanitizer; don’t settle for the room they put you in at the hotels as they’ll most likely be next to the elevator; if at all possible plan for a day in Delhi before starting the tour…we went straight from airport to tour and it made for a very long day.

The Best Way to Experience the Golden Triangle

From the initial airport pickup to final delivery back to the airport 5 days later, we were treated like royalty. Our driver was so polite, kind and mannerly and took great care of us as he picked us up every morning from our hotel and dropped us and our daily guide in front of each attraction. Each day, in each city we had a wonderful, engaging, knowledgeable, licensed guide who brought context to each historical site we visited.They made seeing India a total pleasure. This company was first rate. We cannot imagine a better way to experience India for the first time. Highly recommended. We would absolutely choose this company on future visits.

Absolutely amazing!

We had an absolutely amazing time traveling in India with Crystal India tours! The itinerary was perfect, we were able to see amazing monuments, palaces, mosques, daily life...all wonderful! All of the guides were great and we had an amazing driver. No need to stress, everything is planned for you and the driver was always on time! 5-star hotels were clean, spacious, and the restaurants were nice. No complaints!

Absolutely wonderful!

We had an amazing time in India touring with Crystal India tours. I traveled with my dad and we weren't sure what to expect. Each city we were paired up with an excellent and knowledgeable guide. The sites we visited were absolutely beautiful. Our driver, which stayed with us for the entire trip, was also wonderful. We chose the 5-star hotel option and were very pleased. Hotels were spacious, clean, and the restaurants were nice. I mostly communicated with Amit through WhatsApp if I needed anything. He was very pleasant and responded to any questions almost right away. We couldn't have been happier. Would recommend for both people who don't travel much and those that do!

Great transportation but quality of guides vary

The organizer was very accessible and able to tailor the trip to our needs. Our driver Annu is excellent. Always on-time and the good driving. The car is comfortable. The quality of the guides at each place varies. The shops they took us to typically, the price is a lot higher than what you can find on the streets.

A great trip!

We had a great trip around the Golden Triangle with Crystal India Holidays! I was able to customize the tour and the company was very patient with me as we went back and forth until we decided on the perfect length trip that suited our tight schedule. All hotels were excellent and the guides in each city very knowledgeable. Our driver Anil was great and we were very happy and safe with him for the 5 days. A wonderful way to see the highlights of the golden triangle at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic First India Experience

It was our first time in India and after a long flight and immediate culture shock we were met by our driver Deepak, who was superb all week in the most challenging of driving conditions. The four guides were well organised and very knowledgeable as well as being good people. Thanks to Nichilish, Pradeep and Naveen they really helped us see so much more than the incredible sites.

My Mum and I have just completed this tour and we had the best time! Our trip was made by our driver Mahinder who was so lovely - he went above and beyond and really looked after us. The tour guides - Nitan, Pradeep and Manoj - were also fantastic - so kind, knowledgable and also great photographers! The accomodation & transport were very good. The communication from the tour coordinator was also great and he was very keen to help. Overall we had an incredible time & would 100% recommend the tour.

Best and safest driver Mr Singh

It ended up being our family of 7 on this tour - felt like a private tour. We had the best/safest driver (Mr Kulwinder Singh) looking after us and taking us around on this trip. Local tour guides were knowledgeable. We picked the 5 star hotel option however not all of the accommodation provided was at that standard. Some fees weren’t mentioned on the itinerary therefore keep cash. Overall value for money.

Experience of a lifetime

I really give the tour 4 and 3/4 stars. I would have given it 5 stars, just need a little more communication about the day. Suggestion: Have a written itinerary given to the customer so you would know what is happening each day. Excellent driver, each guide was better than the last. Hotels were top notch, all the stuff was very professional helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts all had a wide variety of dishes for everyone to enjoy. Of course the highlight was the Taj Mahal, but there is so much more inside the walls. Some much history in much a small area. Enjoy, we sure did!

Golden Triangle

Our experience on the tour was a 4 and 3/4 stars . I would have given it 5 stars, but I feel there could have been a little bit more communication about what was going to happen each day. Suggestion would be that there would be a written itinerary with the guides and the driver name on it , with an outline of what would be happen every day. Our guides, Raju, Arif, and Manoj were all very knowledge about their city and the surrounding areas. The hotels were amazing, the service was top notch. Our driver Manak, has been driver for many years and you could tell. If you want to relax and let someone else guide you through the Golden Triangle, this is the tour for you.

Superb Tour of the Golden Triangle

Our 5 day golden triangle tour was spectacular from start to finish. Our driver Jeet, was amazing, always available, in the right place before we even realised we needed him. Our tour guides, Shyam in Delhi, Pradeep in Agra and Yogi in Jaipur were outstanding, knowledgeable adaptable and entertaining. We felt safe at all times in what can seem a slightly intimidating street life to the uninitiated. Hotels excellent, at every stop, particularly the Jaypee palace at Agra. Only suggestion for Novotel in Jaipur - provide proper paper/ cardboard menus without having to scan a bar code every time. Thoroughly recommend this company, Amit the coordinator responded instantly day or night to any requests. Would definitely book again. Thank you for an amazing quality experience!

Fantastic sites, guides, food and hotels.

The tour was outstanding. We had different guides for the different places (New Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur). They were all knowledgeable and courteous. They offered information, answered questions, adjusted to my slower pace of walking, and my need to sit at times. The amount of culture and history that you experience on the tour is huge. Our drives were pleasant and safe. The driver would stop for a restroom break as requested and offered a break during the longer drives. We booked the trip with 5 star hitels. The breakfast buffet at each one was incredible. The food catered to a huge variety of dietary needs and individual tastes. The hotel in Delhi was very nice, the one in Agra was fantastic and the one in Jaipur was nice. All of the staff were kind, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this trip. We saw the tour groups at some of the sites and in the hotels. They had a much more rigid schedule and it seemed like we got right into the Taj Mahal without waiting in a long line. Definitely worth the cost of the toyr.

Safe for solo female travellers

I booked the “Private 5-Day Golden Triangle Tour” from Delhi with Crystal India Holidays with the 5-star hotel option. I was very nervous at first travelling as a young, single female to a country l'd never been to before. But from the second my driver met me to take me in the tour I was absolutely safe. The driver I had (Nek) for the full 5 days was excellent, and I can truly say I'm beyond grateful to have travelled with such an integrity-filled man. He made me feel so welcome and safe from the very start. The tour guides were also very knowledgeable. Their teachings about the historical monuments and architecture was so enlightening and made me appreciate the ingenuity and creative excellence of the Indo-Islamic art. I would 1000% recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see and learn as much as possible about Indian culture within a short period of time. Additionally, the guides are eager to kindly act as your own personal photographer and know all the best spots for pictures at the monuments - so the Instagram stories will be incredible.
