Worth it

We needed a ride from our hotel in London to Heathrow airport. Our driver arrived on time at our hotel for pick up. His vehicle was large enough for all our luggage and occupants. He drove swiftly through the London streets as he knew where he was going. We had a great conversation, and got dropped off at our terminal with plenty of time before our flight.

Great Transport During Queen’s Jubilee

We found ourselves in the middle of the Queen’s Jubilee unexpectedly after a two week cruise, which was delightful! However, the roads and tube were being closed all around our hotel during the time we needed to go to the airport. The transportation company worked with us and the hotel to find the ideal time to pick us up and prevent us from being stranded. The van was clean, roomy and comfortable for the four of us and all our luggage.

Our driver was very knowledgeable of London and was not only driving us to the airport but was trying his best to bring us there at the shortest possible time by avoiding traffic. Did not show up at hotel

I booked in time in order to be picked up in my hotel and be transfered to Heathrow Airport and the driver never appeared. Since a day before I send emails, and never received a response. In addition, in the morning (5 AM) which was the reserved time I ask for the service, my calls were not answered and I called from several telephones. I paid in advanced for this service and I ask you for a refund. I had to pay extra for a city taxi to take my whole family to the airport, which we almost lost our flight. Please contact me in order to receive a proper refund, which I trust your company carry those values. We had an excellent service from the other services booked through your company, the downfall was the return of the trip.

<p>Driver showed up late and blamed Viator for giving him the incorrect address and not providing him a way to contact me. We were staying at The Savoy. Not sure why a professional driver wouldn't know the address of The Savoy in London. Viator also had my contact information so it should have easily been available. Driver indicated he knew a quick route to Heathrow - because of his mix up, we were very late and trying to make our flight to Copenhagen to catch a cruise ship. Driver proceeded to make a wrong turn and had to backtrack because he got himself lost. It was very obvious. Then, while playing with his GPS, he about got my family involved in a head-on collision by nearly turning down the wrong side of the street. Thankfully we made it safely to the airport in time for our flight, but it was very stressful and seriously like the driver was new to London.</p>

Emanuel was at our front door promptly at 4:00am and we had a smooth trip to Heathrow within 30 minutes without incident. He handled our baggage and his car was clean.
